Beginner Yoga
Beginner Yoga is great for people who are just getting into Yoga. If you have not been physically active for a while, there are great intro programs out there. If you are very athletic and have not tried Yoga, you may want to go with a more challenging course.
Just because it is called Beginners Yoga, does not mean it will be a walk in the park. You will have to have discipline and perseverance to achieve your Yoga Goals. You cannot be lackadaisical in your approach to Yoga.
Beginner Yoga can be a great way to make a healthy lifestyle change. The reason being is that you will have to make a commitment to Yoga once you start. Yoga has the opportunity to change your whole life if you give it a chance.
